I love my apartment at Broadstone Midtown! The Assistant Manager Brandon is absolutely amazing and an asset to this property! Every minor issue that I had, he took care of immediately! I am thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the building, the maintenance team and my friendly neighbors!

I’m moving to ATL and spent time looking at apts this weekend. I stopped to check out this place, on the fly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, the gentleman in office, Carter, took time to fit me in with a quick show of the space. Definitely high quality of service, attentive, genuinely personable, and a confident conversationalist - all the interpersonal skills you want in your staff. While waiting to view the apt, Carter effortlessly assisted the needs of several tenants. If anything, outside of high quality of the property, he’s convinced me that the Broadstone is gonna be a welcoming new home. Thank you for assuring me that moving to another state isn’t crazy and wild.

I recently toured this community and was overall very impressed with the value it offers. The leasing agent Carter was very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he guide me through the apartment itself, but he also shared valuable insights about the entire surrounding area. This community has definitely earned a top spot on my list.

To follow up on the review posted below. I am a current resident and the pool is absolutely not cleaned daily. It has been green and disgusting for months. I was surprised that they just drained and closed it, as it seemed like a public health violation. But all in all, this is on par with my experience living here and interactions with the leasing office. They will tell you what you want to hear or have some sort of excuse for any issue, but there is little concern to actually do anything. I have lived in several apartment complexes in Atlanta, and this has undoubtedly been the most frustrating and disappointing experience.

I'm so happy that I lived here only for 6 weeks. The leasing office NEVER answer the phone. One of the two elevators will always be out of service. During power cuts, the doors/gates won't open. The key fob to the building's entrance door NEVER works at the first time you try. Management is moody. Less than mediocre amenities for the rent price they charge. Very cheap quality appliances that break very often.

Stanley, the Leasing Manager, is a problem solver and a true leader. I cannot say enough good things about him. He has turned this apartment community into a place worth staying at. We are gladly going into our second year here and would highly recommend this community if you want to live somewhere where the staff cares and gets things done! 👌🏆

UPDATE: I am sorry, but your pool is more frequently unclean than clean. I posted that yesterday and there was no maintenance all day and it was still unclean this morning. It has also been unclean for days....even over the holiday weekend. …
